Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In this role, you will:

• Call Referring Physicians to follow-up on prior authorization request
• Provide guidance and assistance to physician office staff on the prior authorization process
• Follow-up on Prior Authorization requests with insurance companies?
• Denial Management
• Analyze denial data & claims
• Research denials with insurance companies
• Create appeal letters/packets
• Follow-up with insurance companies on appealed claims??
• Prior Authorization Management

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years medical billing experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.

Salary starting $18.00 - $25.00/hour Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
