Job Summary and Qualifications

The LPN provides direct, selected patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse in accordance with the NH Nurse Practice Act, recognized nursing techniques, clinical and administrative policies.

What will you do?

• Performs reassessments within their Scope of Practice.
• Collects and reports data.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Recognize and respond to changes in a patients condition.
• Provide reassessment and care of Medical/Surgical, Oncologic, chronically ill, terminally ill & palliative care patients.
• Provide safe medication administration for the Medical/Surgical, Oncologic (chemotherapy requires certification for Registered Nurses), chronically ill and terminally ill patient.
• Ensure patient satisfaction.

What qualifications you will need:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
  
• Current licensure as an LPN or LVN
• Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
