Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

Travel experience is required.

Experience with Oasis is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed hours: 40

No weekends- Monday- Friday.

Must have worked in a Home Health setting.

Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended No block schedules for any reason, vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November April.
