    Were Looking For:

    We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) with experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision support. You will be part of a dynamic FP&A team responsible for driving planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will be involved in collaborating closely with business unit executive leadership teams, controllers, and staff members to provide financial insights and support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in financial analysis, strategic decision-making, and building FP&A foundations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with expertise in revenue analysis and working with global marketplaces generating significant revenue.

    You Will:

    • Support the financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.

    • Maintain financial models for sales forecasts and product profitability analysis.

    • Prepare presentations and materials for senior management meetings, such as monthly business reviews and forecast review meetings.

    • Take the lead in conducting operational and financial reviews at the end of each month.

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics to assess efficiency across the businesses.

    • Prepare, review, and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.

    • Provide analytical support to senior management.

    • Create executive presentations and materials.

    • Participate in or lead special projects as needed.

    • Assist with additional special projects as assigned by the manager.

    • Support the investor relations function.

    Who You Will Work With:

    Reporting to the VP of Global Financial Operations, this role will serve as the primary financial planning and analysis (FP&A) liaison and business partner for the OPENLANE Marketplace segment.

    Must Have's:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

    • 5+ years of experience in roles including, but not limited to:

      • Investment Banking

      • Transaction Services at a Big Four Accounting Firm

      • FP&A Role at Large Company (plus if company is public)

      • Rotation Program Participants/Graduates

      • Financial Auditor

    • Understanding of financial statements, financial modeling, and key performance indicators.

    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets and draw concise conclusions.

    • Proficient in advanced Excel functions, such as Pivots, SUMIFS, IF/THEN statements, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.

    Nice to Have's:

    • Advanced financial degrees/designations (CPA, CFA, MBA).

    • Experience with DOMO.
