Your Role
The Enterprise Rapid Response team is looking for an Executive Assistant, Experience to lead our administrative support team needs. The Executive Assistant, Experiencewill report directly to both the VP, Enterprise Rapid Response and support the direct reports when needed. In this role you will be responsible for the planning, and implementing the administrative needs for the teams, work collaboratively with the Vice Presidents key stakeholders ensuring that meetings are prioritized, and timelines are kept, along with handling expenses, travel plans, and will be the center point for providing administrative support to the team.
Your Work
In this role, you will:- Be responsible for providing specialized administrative support with an analytical mindset to relieve and assist executive managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties
- Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals with autonomy
- Analyze problems, determine approach, compile, and analyze data and prepare reports/recommendations
- Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
- Manage day-to-day organization of executives calendar, appointments, meetings, and related schedule
- Coordinate business travel and prepares monthly business expenses
- Support department invoicing, meetings, events, and projects
- Act as an information source on organization policies and procedures
- Assist with onboarding new employees, equipment supports and off-boarding when needed.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in managing complex and conflicting priorities
- Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Requires strong communications and relationship management experience
- Ability to take directions, provide inputs and able to deliver on assigned tasks
- Skills in time management and ability to identify and remove inefficiencies in team or individual calendar(s)
- Proficient with productivity applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom, and Teams
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $71,280.00 to $99,770.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on various factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
