Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Bloomer, WI

Pay Range: $20-$23.50an hour plus $2.50 shift differential for nights

Whats the Job?

• Slitting down plastic extruded rolls in to smaller sizes to meet customer specifications
  
• Rewinding questionable materials
  
• Perform housekeeping and preventative maintenance tasks in alignment with position
  
• Ensuring continuous quality
  
• Assisting co-workers with their tasks to expedite changeovers

Whats Needed?

• A strong commitment to safe work practices
  
• Related work history in a manufacturing or technical field (education or certifications considered)
  
• Technical and mechanical aptitude
  
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift up to 65 pounds throughout a 12 hour shift
  
• Basic working computerknowledge
  
• Strong interpersonal communication
