A Federally Qualified Health Center in Portland, Oregon is excited to expand the access to care to those that need it most. This mission driven organization is excited to hire a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to work in their outpatient clinic. The FNP will enjoy the flexibility and dynamic work environment and will bring care to the patient. The newly built clinic is equipped to handle anything that the FNP may run into providing direct patient care. The Family Nurse Practitioner will have clinical work hours as well as administrative hours that are flexible to be done from office or from home.

The Family Nurse Practitioner will enjoy working with this organization that prides itself in serving an underserved population and anyone that needs care. Direct patient care is provided to numerous homeless, uninsured, or underinsured patients. Improving access to care for this patient population is one of the driving forces behind this FQHC. The Advanced Practice Provider will enjoy this rewarding work environment. The Family Nurse Practitioner may have a full patient panel of up to 1500 patients.

The FNP will provide direct patient care do comprehensive patient assessments, treatment, and prescription. Working with a dedicated team of fellow nurse practitioners and a medical director, this advanced clinical team is known for rolling up their sleeves and doing whats always best for the patient first and foremost.
