    Job Description

    The Product Manager for Established Products Group (EPG) will support the Zemaira brand marketing strategy inclusive of co-promotional efforts and lead execution plans across HCP and Patient channels. The Product Manager will identify appropriate personal and non-personal promotional tactics to drive brand growth within EPG, with focus on the Pulmonology market. This individual must be insight-driven, with the ability to develop an execution plan based on insights and research findings. The Product Manager will lead the cross functional support team members to ensure co-promotional alignment in managing and executing a multi-channel promotional program. This ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills to manage several projects at once, ability to provide clear and consistent direction to internal and external partners, drive a collaborative environment, as well as measure and track program results to align with yearly objectives. This role also includes responsibilities for supporting annual brand planning, agency management, scientific & patient meetings, and budget management.

    Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

    • Reporting to the Marketing Director for EPG, the individual will support and execute the annual tactical marketing plan for Pulmonology patient and HCP segments with input.
    • Develop and execute an efficient and effective multi-channel co-promotional program for Zemaira including digital, website, mobile, email/CRM, etc.
    • Identify opportunities to reinforce HCP/Patient messaging to increase new patient start and switching.
    • Manage all aspects of convention execution and enhance relationships with key patient advocacy groups.
    • Identify opportunities for cost and/or program efficiencies.
    • Provide direction to agency and vendor partners to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverable or services, within budget.
    • Build effective working relationships with key internal and external customers, including cross functional partners, thought leaders and patient advocacy groups.
    • Effectively work across a matrix by positively building and leveraging relationships influencing others in a cross-functional, team-first environment.
    • Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials to enable responsible and compliant consumer communications.
    • Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all programs.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors' degree in life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
    • 5-7 years' marketing experience with 1-2 years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry
    • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful online and offline tactics, including digital, print, video, and CRM.
    • Exhibiting passion and empathy to build meaningful experiences with consumers by understanding their needs and desires.
    • Experience marketing directly to consumers/patients
    • Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools effective within the respective region.
