    Responsibilities

    The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for rendering speech therapy services to patients of all ages.

    The successful candidate will be able to:?

    • Demonstrate and implement knowledge of current trends and practices
    • Develop appropriate plans of care, treatment strategy, and goals for each patient
    • Communicate and document results of treatment, including patient progress toward established goals
    • Consistently promote a positive team environment through consultation and practice with a variety of other healthcare professionals within the hospital

    Qualifications

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Appropriate degree in Speech Therapy required (whether masters or doctorate)
    • Oklahoma Speech Therapy license required?
    • Active BLS certification

    Preferred Job Requirements

    • Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
