Reporting to the Assistant Nurse Manager and Unit Charge Nurses on the Surgical Unit, the Surgical Unit Lead Nurse will use their leadership skills while continuing to provide bedside care. The Surgical Unit Lead Nurse will be well supported by Unit Charge Nurses and an outstanding team of experienced Staff nurses and Techs. The Surgical Unit Lead Nurse will work on the Adult Medical Surgical unit with Bariatric, Vascular, Colo-rectal recovery, and general surgical patients.
