Position Title: Baker

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2pm-10pm


Were hiring a Baker at a great company in the Milwaukee area. This is a temporary role.

Baker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Bake all products in the bakery area per the customer and/or internal specifications

- Set up/run continuous mixing line and the Pita line per customer or internal specs

- Help maintain the equipment by doing a general inspection of equipment, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting and reporting of any repair needs to your supervisor

- Conduct testing according to customer/internal specs

- Record all data needed on the required intervals

- Make any necessary changes to equipment to achieve efficiency standards

- Record lot numbers for traceability purposes

- General housekeeping duties to comply with the standards of food safety

- Clean equipment as needed following the cleaning matrix

- Conduct change overs to prepare for the next product run

Baker Requirements:

- Ability to lift 50lbs

- Stand/walk on your feet for up to 8 hours or more

- Perform mathematics - addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and percentages

- Work in warm environments

- Read/write English effectively
