Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required.

12 months of travel experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF medical center location.

Prior OT experience in an academic medical center preferred.

Graduate degree or cert in OT from an accredited professional educational program preferred.

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)
