Senior Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage operations management experience in a fine dining environment or at a 4 or 5 star/diamond level hotel restaurant.
• Bar Management or Sommelier experience is a plus!
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all front-of-house roles.
• Experience with Chef driven concepts
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Word, and other common software programs.
• Strong people skills with the ability to connect easily with both internal and external guests.
