    Position Description

    The HRIS Analyst will assist the HR Information Systems department in creating, consolidating, and analyzing reports. Additionally, they will review requests for information from across HR, the business, and government entities to uncover opportunities to identify needs, trends, and drive improvements in data delivery. In this role you will get exposure to UltiPro HCM, IBM Cognos Analytics BI Reporting tool, Workforce Management (Kronos) and Excel. This position is perfect for a detail oriented individual who enjoys utilizing technology to support all aspects of the HRIS system and serve as a strategic business partner for HR, Payroll, Benefits and vendors. This position is based in Tampa, Florida at our Corporate office.

    The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

    • Manages production support requests and escalations with vendor, internal departments, and business partners
    • Responsible for overall Security Access, Workflow Processes and data controls within HR systems
    • Create Process Documentation (User defined fields, interfaces, customs, reports) including SOPs and system user guides
    • Analyzes current systems and recommends solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiency and automation
    • Analyzing Report Requests for Needs, Gaps & Trends
    • Assist preparing Regular and Ad Hoc Report Requests
    • Recommending Consolation Activities
    • Setting Up Data Visualization

        Education and Experience:

        • University Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline (or a equivalent combination of education and experience).
        • Two to three years of HRIS experience required.
        • UKGPro and Kronos related system experience preferred.
        • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information.

        Skills/Qualifications:

        • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures.
        • Self-starter, confident, driven with strong organizational skills.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport.
        • Aptitude and willingness to learn and self-teach new skills.
        • Confidence to challenge the status quo by looking at solutions in unconventional ways and seeing opportunities to innovate.
        • Strong sense of business acumen
        • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
        • Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
        • Possesses working knowledge of subject matter.
        • Performs work under direct supervision and independently.
        • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
