    PICU/NICU Float Pool:

    Have theopportunity to work as an nurse in Cleveland's only Level I Pediatric Trauma PICUandour Level IV NICU.

    **Joining the UH Rainbow Babies and Childrens PICU/NICU Float team comes with many benefits, including a sign-on bonus of $8,000 for RNs with 1 year inpatient RN experience hired externally.

    Qualifications

    One (1) year inpatient experience required.Strongly prefer candidates with a PICU/NICU or Adult ICU experience.
    Thorough knowledge of nursing process and practice. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
    Education Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.Minimum of Diploma/Associates Degree in nursing from accredited program.License Requirements:

    Registered nurse with current license to practice in the state of Ohio required
