The RN Supervisor of Surgical Services will report directly to the Manager of Surgical Services and oversee the day to day operations of the OR, SPD, and Endo. The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will also support and lead patient flow, ensure staffing needs and participate in staff development. The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will be supported by a great staff of Surgical Services Registered Nurses. The RN Supervisor Surgical Services will be an experienced Surgical Services, OR Nurse with leadership experience to include Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Medical Surgical Clinical Coordinator.
