    Business Development Manager

    At BrightStar Care of Madison, our purpose is

    care. But we wont rest until everybody knows! Were seeking a qualified
    Business Development Manager to expand our reach through expert discovery and
    exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships.

    Our ideal candidate will be trusted to produce
    contacts, take the lead, use initiative, and be responsible for increasing
    revenue by establishing trusting referral source relationships and assist with
    managing advertising/marketing/PR efforts .The right fit for this position will
    exemplify being highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person
    will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company
    mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Call
      on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in
      order to generate sales for private duty homecare
    • Meet
      or exceed established sales targets
    • Join
      and attend area networking and groups
    • Seek,
      develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community
    • Establish
      working rapport with health care professionals in the territory
    • Other
      duties assigned

    Requirements

    • Proven
      ability to generate leads and monitor referrals, to manage a sales
      territory, maintaining and building relationships with new and existing
      contacts
    • A
      minimum of one year experience in the home healthcare industry, preferred
    • Bachelors
      degree in marketing, business management or communications, preferred but
      not required
    • Experience
      with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at
      persuasive and educational writing and speaking
    • Demonstrate
      exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
    • Demonstrate
      working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting
    • Comfortable
      with closing/asking for business
    • Exhibit
      outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the
      community
    • Excellent
      written and oral skills.
    • Requires
      valid drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance
