As the Pediatric Nurse Manager, you will lead its pediatric nursing team, promote the highest standards of patient care and safety, and ensure the health and well-being of patients with special health care and developmental needs. You will cover the Pediatric unit, as well as the PICU and NICU. You oversee some of the strongest and most dedicated nurses, nurse aides, and other support staff.

The Pediatric Nurse Manager will report to the Director of Pediatricsand work with the educators to ensure all staff are current with the most up-to-date education training programs. There will be the opportunity to collaborate with other Inpatient Nurse Managers as well as a Pediatric Nurse Educator
