Set development strategy for one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S. As Ulines Vice President of Software Development, youll identify and create a technology investment portfolio that advances our tech as we grow.

Position Responsibilities

• Direct development and delivery of 400 internal and external applications, working closely with the CIO and other leaders on business initiatives.

• Guide a 400+ person software development team to deliver high-quality code in a customer-focused, agile and accountable manner.

• Manage capital and operating budgets for the software development team.

• Oversee complex IT application development projects, including migration from the AS400 system to a modern, custom solution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or business-related field.

• 10+ years in IT Management, with experience leading software development teams.

• Experience with custom microservices and container architectures for Ecommerce and internal applications.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American branches.
