    Position Summary:
    We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Manager- Occupational Health Services- Full Time.

    In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for working collaboratively with the Director, EmployeeHealth Services to establish and maintain standards of care delivery for our patients, directing and facilitating work performance of all staff in EmployeeHealth Department, monitors work flow, processes and provision of care and is accountable for ensuring timely, quality care is provided with excellent customer service.

    Job Responsibilities:

      • Collaborates with Director, works closely with unit managers to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of programs with the service needs of the Hospital.
      • Develops, organizes, implements and continually improves clinical operations of Employee Health Services Department to ensure the effective delivery of all clinical services.
      • Manages office staffing schedule. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
      • Performs other duties as assigned
      • Works with Director, Employee Health Services and manages the employee health service functions of the Hospital.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree Nursing. Current NYS Registered Nurse. 3-5 years In a professional nursing role. 1-2 years Supervisory/management experience. Ability to work independently, interact with, and maintain functional relationships with personnel at all levels within and outside of the organization. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, analytical, multitasking, detail orientation, and organizational skills. Intermediate computer skills including MS Office..

    Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master s Degree Health Administration. Certified OccupationalHealth Nurse (COHN-S/CM ).

    NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $112,360.00 - $183,129.50 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
