A leading acute care hospital located in the coastal region of Massachusetts is now searching for an experienced Outpatient Coding Manager to join their award-winning healthcare organization.

This regional leading full-service hospital is home to nearly 300-beds and provides a wide variety of inpatient, outpatient, and tertiary care services. This organization is dedicated to providing accessible and high quality healthcarein an evironment that promotes health and long-term well being. This center has proudly been nationally recognized for a number of services including cardiovascular care, surgical services, oncology and cancer care, women's health, and diagnostic imaging services.

Reporting to the Director of Health Information Management, the Outpatient Coding Manager will oversee all coding functions for the outpatient staff and service lines. The Manager will lead all quality control activities, ensures compliance with organization policiesand regulatory standards, performs regular staff reviews and trainings, and acts as a liaison between the outpatient coding team and all system leaders or vendors. The Manager will assist the Director with all departmental projects and long-term planning.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Current CCSor CPCcertifications required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in outpatient medical records coding
