This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Candidates must live at least 60 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified float zone.

-Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Please be expected to float : Zone 1: (based in Colorado Springs, CO) Penrose Hospital, St. Francis Medical Center, St. Francis InterQuest, St. Mary Corwin, St. Thomas More

No Weekends Required

Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy- Required

Masters Degree- Preferred

BLS must be AHA

Must have complete decongestive therapy certification CDT. LANA certification preferred

Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred.
