This full-service, patient-centered, technologically innovative, 200+ bed hospital is part of a large and well-respected health system. The Nurse Manager Telemetry will join a thriving hospital that has received numerous awards and is devoted to Quality Patient Care.

The Nurse Manager Telemetry will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support the hospitals Medical Surgical and Telemetry Department. The Nurse Manager Telemetry will assist the Director of Nursing in providing operational leadership as well as clinical leadership. The Nurse Manager Telemetry will be well-supported by a highly skilled team of Nurse Supervisors, Charge Nurses, Staff RNs, and Unit Secretaries.

The Nurse Manager Telemetry will assist the Director of Nursing by mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment, maintaining compliance and quality standards, and encouraging professional development.
