Budget Execution Analyst
Description
Leidos is seeking an experienced Budget Execution Analyst for our clients operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in Virginia or Maryland area The Budget Execution Analyst shall support all aspects of developing, executing, and monitoring budgets for internal needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge related to one or more of the designated:
Development of fiscal spend plans, tracking of spending and execution, documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expense.
Interfacing with various components related to travel expenses.
Documenting financial commitments, obligations, and expense.
Prepare and process transactions, ensuring payments are certified.
Develop financial standard operating procedures.
Record and track interagency agreements for facilitating Economy Act and other financial transactions.
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI with CI Poly
Demonstrated experience with budget execution activities.
Demonstrated experience with budget analysis.
Demonstrated experience with IPPBE processes.
Experience with working in the Intelligence Community
Typically requires a BA degree and 4 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Min 4 year working with or in the IC.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
