The HIM Director will be joining a team of Patient-centered Healthcare professionals that provide full service acute care services including a Level II Trauma Center, FlightCare Ambulance Services, and State of the Art Cardiac Care. The Health Information Management Director will be leading a highly-skilled team of HIM and coding specialists. They will be entrusted to oversee patient information along with ensuring that the patients right-to-privacy is protected and to ensure accurate coding of all patient encounters. The Health Information Management Director will manage the day to day work flow process while working across a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for leading the development and maintenance of HIM policies and procedures.

Requirements include:

• RHIA or RHIT certification
• Bachelors Degree in Health Information or other Healthcare related field
• 3+ years of Management experience in an Acute Care Setting
