In this comprehensive role, the Surgical Services Nurse Manager is responsible for budgetary oversight, hiring and firing of staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and leading process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is BSN-prepared and has extensive clinical experience in the OR.
