    As aQuality and Food Safety Manager, you will manage quality, food safety, and sanitation at ourCincinnati, Ohioplant. Your responsibilities represent much more than just a job title its the heart of what we do. We drive for results by holding the highest standards of quality and food safety, in line with our companys top-notch policies, procedures and practices. You will work directly with the manufacturing team, the plant quality department, plant leadership and plant employees, adopting an owners mindset to ensure the best actions with the best results.

    A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

    • Directing Quality and Food Safety Lead quality, food safety and sanitation programs for some of our well-loved brands. You will ensure that the business unit meets all required laws, regulations, and corporate policies. With a focus on continuous improvement, youll drive a high degree of operational management and execution for our products.
    • Strengthening Partnerships Collaborate with Quality and Food Safety Managers to assure successful program implementations and the use of best practices. Youll also work closely with the business unit leadership team and other plant employees to ensure compliance and identify quality and food safety risks. With strong people skills and an eye for details, youll help us reach new heights.
    • Managing People Supervise a team of leaders and associates with quality, food safety and sanitation responsibilities in a 24/7 operation. We want you to leverage your management skills and strong ability to influence! Youll develop, inspire, and energize your team towards a high standard of performance and self-accountability.
    • Overseeing Successful Audits Take particular care in maintaining high standards, internally and externally. You will participate in and lead coordination, preparation, and corrective action management for yearly internal and third-party audits.

    Your Recipe for Success

    • Bachelors degree in a related field with people and process management experience.
    • Demonstrated quality and food safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • HACCP certified.
    • Extensive knowledge of applicable regulations, including GMP and food safety standards in accordance with the FDA and CFIA.
    • Strong auditing and assessment skills with strong technical and software knowledge.
