Reporting to the Nursing Director of Quality, Risk, and Safety, the Assistant Director will lead complex programs and projects that will improve the operations and safety for the staff, patients, and community. Supported by a team of 5 Quality Data Analysts and Quality Improvement Program Leaders, the Assistant Director will play a key role in pushing diverse clinical and non-clinical programs forward.

While coordination of the Performance Enhancement and Nursing Programs will be a priority, the Assistant Director of Quality Management will also have many opportunities to help the hospital grow sustainably. Serving as a liaison and QA/QI technical expert, this person will work closely with accreditation and regulatory organizations, ensuring the hospital stays on the cutting-edge of evidence based practice.
