    A reputable health system inCentralMontana is actively seeking a Laboratory Manager to join their team!

    The Manager of Laboratory Services will be a full-time, permanent employee for an excellent health system in Montana. This health system is known for their critical access care, rehabilitation facilities, skilled nursing programs, outpatient clinics, advanced technology, and world-class healthcare providers.

    As a profitable and growing medical center, this health system is looking for an experienced and tenured Laboratory Manager. Leading a core lab team, this manager will report to the Director of Clinical Laboratory. The Manager will be responsible for managing day to day operations, assisting with new-hire education and training, improving workplace processes to improve efficiency, managing budgets, updating policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Lab Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and will be supported by some of the best lab staff thatMontana has to offer.
