Experience:

24 months of role experience is required.

18 months of travel experience is required.

Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 100 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Will accept a first-time traveler upon manager review with strong experience.

• Patient Types:
• -Adult Critical Care, Pediatric Critical Care, Neonatal Critical Care, and general inpatient respiratory care
• -Must be prepared to care for NICU patients if the requisition calls for that

Required Education: AA Degree

Skills required: Critical Care, General respiratory care experience

Floating: RT Coverage throughout hospital and ED.

Scheduling: Every other weekend. On call is dependent on facility/job requisition. Work on holidays that fall within contract dates. Must extend contract if taking a full week off; no RTO during Sturgis Bike Rally first 3 weeks of August.

Maximum days off: 7 days

BLS (Basic Life Support)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
