We are searching for the ideal candidate with a minimum of 3 years of Administrator experience in a large skilled nursing community (120 bed+) setting. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of success, including the ability to discuss survey outcomes. A valid LNFA license in Texas is required, and relocation expenses may be provided.What We Offer:
