The Nurse Director Case Management will beresponsible for overseeing the day to day operations and supervision of case management staff at 2 facilities. They will manage clinical intake, disease management, social services, denial management, and staff recruitment and training. They will implement department goals and activities, and serve as the central resource to the team. TheRN Hospital Case Management Directorwill work closely with managers to meet the organization's performance improvement goals and objectives.

The ideal RN Hospital Case Management Director candidate will have theirBSNand several years of acute care case management leadership experience. A Masters Degree is preferred but not required for this position.
