Position Title: Production Operator

Wage: $20.95/hour

Shift: Weekend, 12-Hour

Hours: Saturday/Sunday 5am-5:30pm

Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate electronic and mechanical production equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Efficiently load components into production equipment and unload finished product

- Perform inventory functions utilizing computer programs

- Monitor product quality and take steps to correct defective material

- Maintain production pace, while meeting daily production goals

- Notify management of any mechanical or material issues

- Follow all safety guidelines, including maintaining a safe and clean work area

- Assist with training new employees as needed

- Cross train as needed

- Other duties as assigned

Welder Requirements:

- High school diploma

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to analyze and solve problems

- Ability to determine adequate quality

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to follow all safety guidelines

- Lift up to 75lbs without assistance

- Work schedule consists of 4 days per week, working an anticipated 12-hour daily shift

- Stand while performing tasks for 12-hours shifts

- When warranted, after hours availability or an additional shift is required as business demands dictate
