Salary: $37,900 - $41,900 Annually. This position requires full Spanish fluency.

We're hiring Bilingual Sales Associates who are looking for a sales career without having to work in an office, the Allstate Outside Sales Associate is a position built for you. This is an Entry to Mid-Level remote position where you use your knowledge and skills to attract and generate new customers in growing Spanish- speaking markets. As an Allstate employee, you help us bring our products and services to the customer whether virtually or in-person meeting them where they are most comfortable to capitalize on the in-person sales experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary will be between $37,900 to $41,900 based on candidate experience.
  Skill differentials for Spanish/English bilingual paid with a Sign on bonus $2,000.
• *Incentive based on productivity; incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicable commission plan which is subject to change at Allstates discretion.

Qualification

• English and Spanish Bilingual required
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• With Allstates support in paid training and reimbursed examination fees, you must obtain your resident state Property & Casualty license.
• Reliable internet with plug-in ethernet/network cable
• Dedicated workspace in your home; Allstate will provide all the equipment
• HS Diploma or GED
