What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the site
- Perform pre-shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
- Support plant operations through maintenance tasks on stationary and mobile equipment
- Assist with plant cleanup and general labor activities to maintain safe, efficient operations
- Learn and operate additional equipment such as water trucks, skid steers, and other mobile units
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and responsibly
- Capability to learn and perform basic maintenance on equipment and support plant operations
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety practices
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include climbing, lifting, and extended periods of equipment operation
- Reliability, punctuality, and a consistent focus on quality work
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
