What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor asphalt plant systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support reliability.
- Adjust plant controls to achieve targeted mix specifications and production levels.
- Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
- Support safe site operations by following established policies and participating in housekeeping efforts.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed and mobile equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain mix quality and equipment performance.
- Capability to work independently and collaborate with plant and field teams.
- Willingness to learn plant processes, control systems, and safety procedures.
- Commitment to dependable attendance and working in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
