What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor asphalt plant systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to support reliability.
• Adjust plant controls to achieve targeted mix specifications and production levels.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and maintenance records.
• Support safe site operations by following established policies and participating in housekeeping efforts.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to operate and troubleshoot fixed and mobile equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain mix quality and equipment performance.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate with plant and field teams.
• Willingness to learn plant processes, control systems, and safety procedures.
• Commitment to dependable attendance and working in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
