What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of the batch plant to ensure efficient and safe production of ready mix concrete.
• Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Train and mentor plant operators to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.

Work Environment

• This position involves working in a plant environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• Requires physical activity, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
