What You'll Be Doing

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on RMC plant equipment and components to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and identify potential equipment issues proactively.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Utilize tools, diagnostic systems, and technical documentation to complete repairs accurately.
• Maintain detailed service records while adhering to all safety standards and procedures.

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mobile equipment.
• Capability to interpret technical manuals and use diagnostic tools effectively.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and equipment reliability.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team setting.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
