The Corporate Sales Associate at 10 Fitness is expected to uphold and deliver the 10 Fitness member experience via being honest and committed, patient and resilient. They should be enthusiastic about helping others and have a strong desire to make a difference. They are responsible for individual sales production and customer service for the accounts they oversee. A Corporate Sales Associate is expected to execute the team member basics of being on time and complying with company policies.

Communication/Customer Service:

  • Communicate with Corporate Sales Manager daily for sales training, goal communication, and to ensure productive activity.
  • Ensure that you are current on all software/CRMs being used.
  • Ensure that all member issues and/or complaints are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all membership entries, changes, and cancellations are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Membership Sales:

  • Ensure that sales quotas and goals are met bi-monthly.
  • Build relationships with corporate accounts by creating/developing relationships with each point person per company.
  • Ensure that all activities are gaining the appropriate number of leads, referrals, meetings, and sign ups into the pipeline. (Avg 40-60 dials per day)
  • Ensure that all sign-ups are bringing in adequate number of new members, EFT %, and Premium and/or Level 10 memberships.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales is preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills

Certifications / Educational Level:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • This job often requires the employee to talk on the phone multiple hours per day
  • This job often requires the employee to travel to sign ups at other businesses; reliable transportation is required.
