What You'll Be Doing
• Operate equipment and perform general labor tasks to support daily plant operations
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, identifying and reporting hazards
• Assist with material handling, loading, and movement throughout the facility
• Perform basic inspections and maintenance support for equipment and tools
• Support production teams to ensure efficient and continuous operation

• Ability to safely perform physical labor in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn equipment operation, safety procedures, and plant processes
• Strong commitment to teamwork, reliability, and clear communication
• Capability to identify issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and seek guidance when needed
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime, as business needs require

Conditions of Employment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
