What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries
  • Supervise, coach, and support terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading activities, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams to optimize operations and resolve issues
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards
