What You'll Be Doing
Operate a yard loader to safely move, load, and stockpile sand and gravel materials
Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic preventative care
Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly
Support plant operations by assisting with cleanup and general labor as needed
Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure and efficient worksite

Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safe work practices
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort working in fast-paced, production-focused environments
Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, and reach as part of daily equipment operation and plant activities
Capability to lift and carry materials or tools up to 50 pounds as needed
Comfort working on uneven terrain and in areas with varying ground conditions
Ability to maintain focus and safely operate equipment for extended periods
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
