What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production

  • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery

  • Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and production flow

  • Communicate operational updates and issues to team members and supervisors

  • Support overall site safety, housekeeping, and operational goals

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy equipment and production machinery

  • Commitment to working safely and following established procedures

  • Capability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent product quality

  • Reliability, teamwork, and willingness to adapt to changing operational needs

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
