What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure reliable plant operations

  • Inspect, diagnose, and resolve equipment issues using appropriate tools and techniques

  • Execute preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes, safety practices, and equipment performance

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety and operational procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and repair industrial mechanical systems and equipment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new skills and technologies

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment of varying weights

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working at heights

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and perform repetitive motions

  • Capability to use hand tools, power tools, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
