What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate rail loadout systems to safely and accurately load materials.

  • Inspect equipment and report any operational or safety issues.

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in and around loadout facilities.

  • Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading activities.

  • Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and perform tasks at heights for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

  • Ability to safely navigate uneven ground and industrial work areas.
