What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a yard loader to feed material into a portable crusher.
  • Maintain steady material flow to support efficient crushing operations.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Communicate with plant and crusher teams to coordinate production needs.
  • Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow established safety procedures.

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Capability to sustain consistent material flow in fast-paced operations.
  • Ability to conduct basic equipment checks and identify irregularities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in an outdoor, industrial setting.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
