What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely deliveries.
• Adjust chutes, controls, and equipment to discharge concrete according to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area.

• Safe, reliable operation of commercial vehicles with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to regulations.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
• Clear communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
