Haul Unit Operator

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate haul units to move materials within the quarry.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and basic equipment upkeep.
• Support efficient material flow to maintain production targets.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.

• Ability to operate heavy mobile equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environment.
• Capability to follow instructions, adapt to changing work needs, and work collaboratively.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor, and physically active settings.
• Commitment to reliability, punctuality, and maintaining a positive team culture.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
