What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct routine laboratory testing on aggregate materials to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings with production and quality teams.
- Assist with sampling, inspection, and verification of materials from various production stages.
- Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure consistent testing accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and contributing to corrective actions.

- Ability to perform laboratory testing with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with data, measurements, and technical processes.
- Clear communication skills to share findings across teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
