What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on aggregate plant equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and component replacements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
  • Capability to interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and maintaining equipment reliability.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
